5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates; Nusantara Toko is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier; ownership/title passes upon full payment.

  • For international shipments, buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Indonesia)

  • Consumers have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (EU) or 7 calendar days (Indonesia, unless otherwise agreed).

  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect may be returned or exchanged at no cost to the consumer.

  • Digital content or personalized items may be non-refundable if delivery is completed and you consented to immediate performance.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • For EU users: governed by applicable EU consumer law, disputes resolved in the courts of your country of residence.

  • EU consumers retain all rights under mandatory directives.

15. Digital Content

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, tutorials) are delivered electronically after purchase.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only.

  • Refunds for digital content are only available if content is faulty or not delivered.
