1. Shipping Locations

Nusantara Toko ships worldwide. Orders may be fulfilled from:

  • Indonesia (primary fulfillment)

  • European Union (current or future warehouse)

Orders may be declined for countries or regions we cannot service due to logistics or legal restrictions.

2. Order Processing

  • Standard processing time: 2–7 business days

  • Handmade or pre-order items may require additional time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

  • Customers will be notified if processing exceeds the estimated time

3. Shipping Methods & Couriers

Depending on your region, orders may ship via:

  • DHL, FedEx, UPS

  • EMS, Pos Indonesia, JNE, J&T

  • EU-based logistics partners

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected service type. Standard and express options may be available at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International buyers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, VAT, and taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Refusal to pay duties may result in returned or destroyed packages. Nusantara Toko is not liable for customs-related delays or fees.

6. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

  • Ownership/title transfers upon full payment.

7. Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Some economy or local couriers may have limited or no tracking capabilities.

8. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance

  • Carrier delays or operational issues

  • Weather, strikes, natural disasters, or global events

No refunds will be issued for delays outside our control.

9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate addresses.

  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

  • Contact us immediately if you realize an address mistake before shipment.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

a) Damaged Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide order number and clear photos of damage

b) Lost Items

  • Packages are considered lost only after carrier confirmation

  • Nusantara Toko will assist with claims

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered — we are not liable for theft after delivery

11. Split Shipments

Orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are shipped from different warehouses (Indonesia vs EU).

12. Refusal of Delivery

  • Refusing delivery without prior approval may result in forfeited refunds

  • Additional return shipping/handling costs may apply

13. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once dispatched

  • Contact us immediately if a change is needed before shipment
